Herschel wrote about his multiple personality issues in his book years ago. It’s hardly breaking news. He is a troubled individual.
Georgia has no need to cheat. Recruits want to play for UGA. They have been told the more success they have as a player the more NIL they will receive. After they are on the team - not a promise of big bucks to get them to sign.
But since there are no longer any NIL rules Georgia can take out their wallet and
Improve their recruiting even more. Not than you can do better than having the #1 recruiting class but Georgia can get more 5 stars and build even better depth. And UGA has plenty of generous donors to help do just that.
