Why keep someone who knows the south when you can hire another guy from the PNW?

That's what I don't understand about Deboer. I understand him not keeping all the coaches, but to allow very talented coaches, who know the players, know how to recruit and know how to win in the SEC, to leave the program is a recipe for disaster!
