re: Did Michigan show a new way to build a national championship team?

Michigan was the beneficiary of having a bunch of 5/6 yr players thanks to Covid. Now that the Covid expansion is expiring the teams that recruit NFL talent will be rebuilding every 3 yrs or so because the transfer portal allows players to transfer infinitely. So teams will develop kids for two yrs and they hit the portal if they get a better offer from a university. That’s the game now.
