facts are never a bad take. Grubb as oc without deboer, 70th in passing offense. Next season grubb with deboer, 5th in passing offense. Of course deboer wanted grubb, he's intimately familiar with the system and is a good play caller, but it's DeBoer's system. The only data point there is of grubb without deboer indicates that deboer is what's driving it.

Huff is less replaceable than grubb. Let's go get the Missouri oc, who's from the deboer coaching tree and took Missouri from 91st in passing offense to 38th in one year. He was the passing game coordinator those 2 years of great offense in Fresno.
