Well, Saban set a standard that was impossible for anybody to uphold. His last 3 seasons were a tiny stepback from the first 14. That's not just in the record. We saw a team that was more vulnerable, more undisciplined, and reliant on one or two individuals. That was a departure from what we saw for so long.
If DeBoer maintains( not realistic) what Nick did the last 3 seasons, that will be better than I expect.
