You once again are showing your shoddy ability to defend your takes.

You just gave a take that clairifies what I said. Beck got a late first to second round grade. He's coming back to get more starts and be in a class where he can possibly be the first QB taken. The link you gave with the ESPN guy discussing next year's draft is exactly what I was saying. It's not as deep as this year's, so it's better for him as he can improve his stock and has less competition at the position.

Also, both Walter Camp links are from last year, one from the summer before Beck had even taken a snap as a starting QB.

Finally, those WRs had terrible years for rookies. Those stats you gave mean very little because they are so small. The league is filled with many WRs who had more production that are gone now. They can't run routes and they were terrible as first year rookies.

According to statmuse Hyatt was 16th among rookie WRs this year in yardage. I have to pay for a statmuse sub to see where Tillman ranked because he's so far down on the list. For reference Georgie Pickens was fourth in this stat his rookie year. Hardman, who has been a big disappointment, was ninth in the stat his rookie year.

I posted numerous links showing him as the 4th-7th QB in the 25 class. Including evaluations of his 2023 season. I give him all the credit it the world for being tall enough and he has an NFL arm but every evaluation I’ve seen has the same negatives of hesitation, not mobile, inexperience, inconsistency in his mechanics, gets happy feet. It’s like reading a taller Jake Fromms analysis. And even in a weak draft class he’s at best the 4th QB taken, a mid 3rd round guy.

As for the stats, the giants were terrible this year and Hyatt was the 3rd best WR they had statswise as a rookie. The Browns played 5 different QBs this year and again Tillman was the 3rd leading WR for them in limiting playing time. While not setting the record books on fire that still significant. And it’s better than McConkey is likely to do. I’ll wait on the combine to see the measurements because I’ve seen anything from 5’10 185 to 6’205 and his 40 seems to be in the 4.6 range. Not really a recipe for success in the NFL. As for where he’s taken? I would suspect if he’s really 6’ and can get down around 4.5 40 he might be a 3rd-4th round. If he’s really 5’10 and 180ish 4th- UDFA.

Use status to check where the Giants and Browns were offensively. Both were terrible with no answer at QB.
