What are you basing this on?

You’re telling me this vehicle doesn’t depreciate?

Not nearly as much as cheaper vehicles. I’ve bought expensive vehicles - not on the Lamborghini level but still expensive - top level Mercedes, Lexuses, and BMWs. I drove them for a couple years, housed them in a garage and maintained them and when I went to sell I recovered most of what I paid for them. Even made a nice profit during the Covid year when cars were hard to find.

It will in the short run, but not like you think. These cars are produced in a very limited quantity and many of them have unique traits within the make and model that make them even more exclusive.

Depending on the upkeep and if it becomes desirable among car enthusiasts, could appreciate in the future. But either way, in the near future, the car will depreciate at a far lesser rate than your average car. The idea that it immediately loses 20 percent of its value on purchase is silly.
