UGA's QB making millions because he's famous due to being UGA's QB is completely acceptable for the NCAA.
Tennessee paying a QB recruit to come to their school is not.
It's not about the money. It's about contracts giving you money to come to a school. That's what makes a NCAA violation for NIL.
UGA's NIL behavior is what the NCAA wants schools to do.

Don’t play stupid. They gave him money to stay another year. Did you not hear the reports that he was wanting 4 + million dollars to play one more year.
