I don't think there will be a compromise this time. I can only hope this will backfire against the NCAA, and I confess it is wishful thinking. I am glad they're telling the NCAA to go frick themselves instead of rolling over. It's obvious they locked their scope on Tennessee for the hell of it. If the penalty is even as minor as sanctions against the program, I'll never watch college athletics again.

Ole Miss fans said the same exact thing. We sued and took them to court. The court said, rather quickly, “you agree to the rules they set in place by participating”.
