They can’t fill their contract if they aren’t living in Knoxville, thus they don’t sign if they don’t want to come to UT. It’s not that difficult.

NCAA will draw a line in the sand for this one. They have them dead to rights on pay for play.

Tennessee is literally fricked I’m afraid. Nico will be suspended before the season starts and Tennessee will face harsh penalties
