He has served his punishment IMO, and I feel as if he has been fully rehabilitated.
If we cannot forgive, then we cannot expect to receive forgiveness.
LewDawg is sorry for his actions, and he has an action plan in place for a few of us to monitor his activities on here if reinstated.

Not sure he was actually banned — he made it appear like he stepped down — but if that was indeed the case, I fully support his reinstatement.
