re: Restructure of college football

It definitely needs new rules and maybe a new governing body (one that is highly funded to strictly do nothing but oversee the rules and the accounting processes) that include a monetary cap (with the normal full ride + expenses) yearly for all players. The teams that can’t do that go to a lower division - overseen by a different body.

Let them transfer for any reason (it shouldn’t be for money anymore - so it is highly overseen) and let them leave for the pros early (after 2 years if they are good enough to cash in).
