Again I don’t disagree with you. But reining in the cooperatives, which are caca, will not change IMO the basic right moving forward of the players to be compensated and, most importantly, take their services elsewhere should they so choose. The fix for this IMO would be binding agreements on both the school and the players where both sides have input into the contractual obligations and stipulations.

Too many people think this can be returned to the days where the players were basically gladiators performing for the fans’ entertainment with no voice in the process and no compensation other than getting their schooling paid for, THAT is the genie that ain’t going back into the bottle.
