Nope. But if I take over a store that’s running well I’m not letting the top salesman’s walk before I even get in the door. I’m calling him as soon as I am hire to tell him how excited I am to learn from him and that I will support anything he needs.

Whatever. I’m more excited about the new guy for the long term. And based on the story someone else shared about Downs … which shows very clearly that Daddy is driving the car as much as anyone … he was bemoaning the losses of Charles Kelly and Pete Golding as much as TRob.
