Who is preventing you from calling?
You can call, they just won't answer.
It seems that you have a beef with Hunter Yurachek and his mgmt of the department. Since we know you are a high roller, you should call his cell (you do have that #?) and tell him it's unacceptable for the department to be shut down. I'm sure he's just waiting on your call to open it all back up.
