Kiffin was the only home run hire for Bama, IMO, at this time. But, other than that, this is a good hire with the potential to be great. Dabo would have been a nightmare for Bama, Norvell is a pipsqueak that can't keep his team from quitting, Kirby wasn't coming, Sark has no reason to leave Texas
Other than Kiffin, this was the best available, even considering the questions.
