I think it’s a good hire. He’ll probably do well at Bama.
If I were an Alabama fan I’d have concerns over recruiting, especially if he’s bringing a lot of his Washington staff with him.

I want him to bring his whole fricking staff if he wants to. We've had constant turnover. If DeBoer has a staff that's so loyal to him, that's fine by me.
The guy strikes me as being very humble. Getting to know area high school coaches? Auburn fans are giddy and want to compare him to Harsin? Did Harsin have a Nick Saban to ask for advice and to pick up the phone or make introductions for him? Nick Saban is keeping an office at BDS, and I assure you it's not just to be for the Nick's Kids foundation.
