That being said , college football you could argue is becoming more equal across the board with nil and portal. You saw it this year. I'm becoming a DeBoer shill I guess, but you see this all the time. Did Brian Kelly pull top 10 classes at Cincy? Did Heupel pull top ten classes at UCF? Hell, did Napier pull top 10 classes at Lousiana? How many top ten classes did Freeze have at Liberty?

Good coaches up their recruiting game when they upgrade to better schools. It happens all the time.
