Saban curses offenses. The best thing he could do is hire someone who knows what they're doing and get the hell out of the way. But I doubt he could admit that weakness and relinquish that much control.

While I salute your subtlety and subterfuge pretending to be an Alabama fan, it is careless to make statements like above that are easily quantifiable. So, Saban curses offenses? Let’s confirm that. We will look at where Alabama has ranked in points per game on offense in the SEC the last ten years. Since Saban curses offenses, surely they will be way down the list. Right?

2023: 4th
2022: 2nd
2021: 1st
2020: 1st
2019: 2nd
2018: 1st
2017: 2nd
2016: 1st
2015: 4th
2014: 2nd

Eight out of ten years they were 1st or 2nd. That doesn’t seem cursed. Their worst showings were a pair of 4th place finishes. And this last year that was with a running back at quarterback, an offensive line that had more holes than a colander, and an offensive coordinator that everyone here says was borderline retarded. Yet Alabama still was 4th in points per game. Saban and Alabama are just cursed on offense? You sure?

Hiring offensive coordinators and getting out of their way is what he does. Even when it means letting BOB call three pass plays in a row from first and goal at the 3 when you have been running it down their throats. Or letting Rees call the doomed RPO to end the Michigan game.

You usually do a little better than this pretending to be an Alabama fan. I am sure you will clean up the mistakes.
