He hired them two years ago and yet need to replace them once again. This isn't a good look for Kelly. It is who he is as a HC. Find a reason to blame others but not himself. If he doesn't win a championship within 3 years, will he still be the HC?

His three previous DC hires before House are all P5 head coaches today, but go on.
