My point from the big board:

Milroe is very good, but he has reached his ceiling. Sayin, or any other QB, would have to be demonstrably better or you could lose the team.

It’s the opposite.

He’s not great and he he’s going to end up being a great college QB.

My fear is that Saban thinks he would "lose the team" if Milroe isn't named the starter.

Saban 10 years ago wouldn't give a frick about team feelings, but now...
