Sounds good, doesn’t work. You fail to draft Christian McCaffrey or Micah Parsons because they opted out and that’s how you lose your job as a GM.

Chase opted out in August after seeing LSU's team practice LOL.
LSU is a culture of opt outs.
NFL teams won't take a player off their board because of it because talent rules, but if they're deciding between two similarly talented guys, I'll bet several factor it in.
