Well, it seems a smart coach would have played a 'freak generational talent' at some point in the season instead of letting his team sink into mediocrity with their current bad QB.
And uh, Carson Beck threw for 4000 yds and won 13 games in his first year as a starter. From all reports Nico has complete command of the offense now and will be an immediate upgrade.
Here's the thing about Milton....it wasn't just his inaccurate passes that made him so terrible, it was his slow decision making and constant second guessing himself. Nico is very cerebral like Hooker though and goes through his reads quickly and won't hesitate to take off running if he sees an opening. Heupel 's offense demands a very fast thinking confident QB to be effective.
