Maybe, just maybe you develop what you’ve got, scheme to put the players you have in the best position possible to be successful and recruit talent to help your existing roster? Idk, maybe you mulitask and do what multimillion dollar head coaches do every day?

You damn sure don’t tell the public that you’re removed from your roster and ignore your players because you’re spending your time on recruiting. Hugh needs help from AUs PR department.
