We need some solid depth. Pulling kids that aren't entitled and want to work isn't necessarily a bad thing. Most of those were also all-conference players at a lower level. We don't need washouts that cannot make it on their current team.

The only one I read that has conference honors is Alex Howard at Youngstown State that plays in Missouri Valley Conference.
