Agreed. It is what should be addressed to provide both NIL benefit to players and stability for programs.

Unless you are a grad transfer or have a HC or position/coordinator change, you should have to sit a year. I'd go so far as to say you only get 1 free transfer over a 4 year period to retain collegiate eligibility.

The money doesn't bother me so much as the unrestricted free agency and difficulty of managing rosters. It affects the entirety of a program.
