The committee is going to have to justify their actions in the discovery process for the AG. Anti-trust is serious business, and this isn't going to just "go away". It isn't just FSU fans that are upset about this, and honestly I'm all for it. The government was already looking to regulate NIL, and this investigation will only spur more change. You have to separate the media from college sports for any kind of "fair" process. I'm not sure that is possible.

F FSU and their big government power play. Guess what? They're not going to be in the CFP no how much they stomp, pout and litigate. They don't belong. And their antitrust gambit over a justifiable jilting (according to the committee's standards) is laughable. I feel bad for their players, including their injured QB, but not for the school, or the so-called "small government" governor, senator and AG, among others.

Gotta understand that "small government" types usually just means "taking away government programs that help people we don't like and redirecting the money to people we do like."

Nobody seeks the commanding heights only to shrink the power of the levers and buttons they now control.
