I’m just saying that Alabama has a pull on him that no other place does. It would probably tear him up trying to make that decision. Sark figured it out and got himself in order and is a very good coach. He has the the utmost respect and appreciation for the shot the Saban and Bama gave him. That just can’t be glossed over because without that shot then Sark isn’t where he is at today.

I think you'd more likely have more luck finding the next Sark or Kirby on Saban's staff when he decides to leave. Maybe he would find or is now actively looking for a young up and coming coach he can mold for the job...

Exactly. I think it's the one call he would definitely take. I think he would be more likely to leave if Saban was the AD there but regardless it's a call he would take not that he would leave.
Frankly I welcome other schools trying to take our coaches because it means we're successful I'll take that any day of the week.
The one thing we have in our favor is the fact that I can't imagine anyone jumping at the chance to replace the goat. That's going to be the toughest job in the country replacing that guy.
