NiL will be the decline of Georgia slowly if Kirby doesn't start paying what he needs. Kids these days just don't care about development. To much money being given to them.

I mean it’s not Kirby’s fault we don’t have the same pockets as some other schools. And I agree with his idea that paying some new guy, be it transfer or recruit, more than guys already on the roster, you’re going to end up with fractures in your overall culture.

how do you know what we're paying and what we "need"? Kirby has proven to be an absolute master at roster management so if he feels that paying $X amount is too much on a kid I'll go with him. It's easy to say "well we really wanted so and so, so we should've paid more" but whre does it end? Eventaully you're going to be talkign about paying kids into the milloions to the point theyr'e making more than the coahces.
