re: Let's talk future. Stud player injured on a team. Do players sit out remainder?

We've already had players sit out before their season goals were ended but I don't think it would be common practice. There is utility in putting up good tape in the draft process. I imagine WRs would be the most likely to drop out if their QB got hurt. Hard to put up tape if the backup QB is playing like a cricket bowler.
