re: I was at the GA Tech / GA game last night

I asked a friend (Tech Grad) Tuesday if they were going to the game and he started in about all the trash from Athens. I jokingly said if there were any Tech fans there wouldn't be 50,000 Dawg fans there. He didn't want to hear any of that and then admitted he had sold his 4 tickets to a mutual friend who is a dawg fan. If Tech does not want their stadium over ran with Dawg fans who can't afford tickets in Athens quit selling yours for $20 bucks. I fully understand there isn't a seat in Bobby Dodd Stadium worth more than $20 but as much money as every single Tech graduate ever brags about making you'd think $20 would not mean so much to them.


And, as others have said, none of what the OP describes happened anywhere other than in his fevered imagination. If fights are breaking out all over the stadium GT is doing a piss poor job of controlling the crowd. Neither of those things is true.
