I’m optimistic that won’t be the case when i think back to when Saban took over Alabama and it took him 2 years to win a natty (illegally paid players). Now it’s legal.

Saban’s first year the roster wasn’t horrible. The culture was bad. Shula had actually recruited ok not elite but had top 10 classes.
We need talent plus culture that’s why I think it takes us to year 3 to see the turn. I’m optimistic but I suspect we are middle of the pack SEC team next season. Hope I’m wrong and we go bonkers and win it all. But ‘25 and ‘26 I expect to be in or right on the edge of the playoffs
