UGA/Bama played both on a “neutral” field (as neutral as Atlanta can be, I guess). No, we actually don’t KNOW what would happen if Bama/A&M met on a neutral field in 2021. Although if I’m using UGA’s hypothetical logic, Bama clearly would win that given how close the road game was. Your statement made NO sense.
