I feel pretty confident that UGA defeats Bama. But just in case they don't win, I hate to think of going into selection Sunday on pins and needles because UGA's CFP hopes are placed in the hands of a committee.

I hear ya, and it does suck. I agree. But the committee selects the 4 best resumes/most deserving, they have never picked the "best team" as that would be subjective and impossible. If we are a 1 loss team that isn't a conference champion, we've unfortunately put ourselves in position to have to rely on some help.

Personally I think bama and MAYBE OSU/Oregon are the only teams this year that can and with us, so I will be annoyed if we don't make the final 4 but hey, that's why you play the games. If you wanna make it, win.

If UGA were to lose a closely contested SECCG our natty qualification would be doubtful. In that possible case I would like to be in the room listening to the committee's discussion.
