re: God I hate women's basketball

I don’t think anybody’s “triggered” by the fact THAT women play basketball (in fact, I find your penetration into another’s psyche on this to be … remarkable). I’d say, rather, the point is that it’s just terrible basketball, vis-a-vis the men’s game.

An analogy might be your kid’s Sunday school class singing in church one morning in comparison with something put on by, say, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, or the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. While heartwarming, that rendition of “Jesus Loves Me” is just objectively *bad*. It’s terrible music.
