Man I get the law and the natural resource. But I also understand that's a lost way of life. That's decedents of the old Cajuns. Good read sad story all the way around. Gotta feel for that old simple lady it broke her heart to see her way of life be deemed wrong and turned upside down.

they are descended from germans from iowa = NOT cajun(although many cajuns descended from germans that came to LA with the acadians and therefore are cajun.
