Tuberville at Mississippi State (Very Likely.) Tuberville outrecruited Nutt in the state of Arkansas when he was two states away in Alabama. Cody Burns and Lee Zemba were the top prospects in Arkansas Nutt's last class at Arkansas but signed with Tuberville. Nutt also lost Green to USC in the same class. Nutt struggled recruiting in Arkansas (A state with the same population as Mississippi) when he had no competition. He has plenty now. Not only is Tuberville a better recruiter, he's obviously a better coach. He has a better record during his ten years at Auburn than Nutt's ten years at Arkansas. Nutt will get a year or two out of Orgeron's recruits. Not pretty after that.

It is being talked about quite a bit, but I won't beleive it till it happens. Tuuby in Starkville???? He's gotta be smarter than that.

why would you say its likely.???

for a coach like TT that's a step down. I cant imagine why he would want that job.... seems like some wishful thinking on moo states part.

Tubs is saying he's staying in Auburn. It may just be talk, but I don't see him at MSU.

Nutt had Tubbs' number seemingly more than any other coach. Especially when Tubbs was the favorite.

Mississippi has the highest number of NFL players per capita. There is much more talent in Mississippi.

Cody Burns

Nutt recruited Kodi Burns as a safety. Tubberville recruited him as a Quarterback. He wanted to play QB. We all saw how that worked out.
