Every year I bet you can go and find a 2-3 loss team that got hot at the end of the year.

Why? All conferences are not created equal. the past few years it would have been criminal to put a PAC 12 champion in over a second SEC team with one loss. I am all about having the best teams playing not some pseudo pretender. That's how we get all the blowouts.

This just shows you are biased. no South Carolina? They were ranked ahead of Florida. And you think a #14 LSU deserved to be in the playoffs?

They wouldn't have made the 12 team playoff.

College football was doing just fine, then along came playoffs, NIL, Transfer Portal etc and interest and viewership is waning. Just a few more changes and we can call it officially dead.
