London is showing up and looking like a really good wr

He's fine. He's not a gamebreaker though. If you're drafting a WR in the top 10, he needs to be a gamebreaker. London has probably been at best the 3rd best WR in that draft class. Taking him over Garrett Wilson looks egregiously bad.

Fontenot's drafting in general has been bad enough that I'd fire him before letting him run another one. The best pick he has made has been Tyler Allgeier in the 5th round, and the moron immediately pissed away that value by drafting another RB with a top 10 pick.

There were probably 20 players on the board who would have helped this team more than Bijan would have. The two who went right after him were Darnell Wright and Jalen Carter. Wright would have been a significant upgrade over turnstile Kaleb McGary (who they stupidly gave a contract extension to), and Carter is probably already the best interior pass rusher in the NFL halfway through his rookie season. A stud interior pass rusher is infinitely more valuable than a RB.

But then you'd be starting over, again.

And people wonder why the Falcons are what they are.

Garrett Wilson has 39 catches on 68 targets for 469 yards.
Drake London has 37 catches on 57 targets for 438 yards.
Remind me again how Wilson is vastly better than London. He has 11 more targets with 2 more catches and 31 more yards.Their stats are almost identical.
Wilson is 6' 192. London 6'4 213. Either way the Falcons the year before had the worst wr core in all the nfl. Taking a top wr in the draft is not a bad pick. The reason Georgia fans got upset was they didn't take Davis. Well why would you do that with the guys you already had at that position. That would have been a dumb pick. London was not. Those same people thought Robinson was a dumb pick. I just think they don't know much about the sport.
