That's a bear hug on a play that should have been blown dead. The refs missed NJ22 moving early on that exact play. Should have been replay 4th down at 4th and 9

So for that play the false start should've been called, but not the blocked punt that really wasn't? Tough to keep these things straight when it comes to Georgia fans and their rule interpretation.
