Campus will be out there one day. It really already is but will only continue as the big fine and performing arts center finishes

Shouldn't be a surprise to anyone, but can say with confidence he wants it. I'd prioritize him over the Mark Popes and Travis Fords of the world and not think twice about it. Still below the tier of Hurley, Oats, Drew, Donovan, Wright, Stevens, Pearl, etc., but someone who would win big here.
