Probably. We were certainly arse for a while in the 80’s and 90’s.

Doubtful. Auburn avoided Ole Miss during their heyday. For example, the undefeated Auburn team from 1957 didn’t have to play an Ole Miss team that finished #7 and crushed Texas in its bowl game (Auburn didn’t play in a bowl game that season).
