There's a reason why they call that the blind side...sometimes Milroe might hold on to the ball too long, but that wasn't one of those times...

Maybe this specific example does not illustrate my point entirely. However half the teams sacks are on the QB for what I described in my OP.

His lack of pocket awareness (which is a football IQ issue that will absolutely not be fixed this season. Simply not enough time. That is a basic QB skill that takes years to develop and generally begins in 9th grade) is really the catalyst for all the other issues. Not stepping up in the pocket which leads to him not moving forward which would lead to him running for positive gains and also contributes to him running sideways from deep in the pocket and taking a sack or jogging out of bounds for a seven yard loss instead on simply tossing the ball out of bounds.
