Fwiw the original lower bowl from the 1920s is concrete poured on granite inside the former Quarry. All subsequent construction is anchored on the rock shelf outside the original bowl, and transfers no load to the Earlier concrete.

Nice to know!
I do have other complaints about the current stadium and its condition, but that was the only one that was worrying.
