I frickin LOVE Alabama white sauce. When it has enough vinegar.
Get you some deboned chicken thighs. Hit them liberally with your favorite bbq rub and put them on the grill at about 275° until they hit 165° internal. Dunk them in Alabama white sauce and thrown them on a buttered and toasted bun with some pickles. Thank me later.
