correct answer is OU 36- Tx 34 with three ties. (This also includes OU winning over Texas in the CCG of '18 and is not inclusive of 1950, which was an OU win).

Artificial intelligence.

That's only 73 games. There are 73 years from 1950 to 2023, so something is off with that series record you provided.

I believe the 38 in my post means they counted 1950 (74 games played from '50-'23 when you include 1950) and the CCG (1 game played). So, it's 75 games played from 1950 - 2023 when you include 1950. If you start at 1951, it's 74 games played, not 73.

Unless they didn't play one year here or there, that's what the series record over that time should add up to

LOL, I tried to do it by year but I screwed it up.

I'll do it by decade:

1950s OU 7- TX 3

1960s OU 1- TX 9

1970s OU 6- TX 3 Tie 1

1980s OU 5- TX 4 Tie 1

1990s OU 2- TX 7 Tie 1

2000s OU 6- TX 4

2010s OU 8- TX 3 (extra game is CCG)

2020s OU 3- TX 2

38-35-3 in favor of OU. All games including 1950.

At any rate, my point of contention is when you posted this.

AI says it is 38-34-3 in favor of UTx from 1950-2023, with one post-season game.
