I have several places in FL and I can tell you that thing is worth north of $200mm in that location for that size, easily
$18M was the county tax assessment...that's not an appraisal. He claimed it to be worth $1.5B, which is madness and clearly WAY out of line with the tax assessment.

Doesn't really matter what Trump claims it to be, its up the the lender to get the appraisal done and ultimately approve the deal or not.
This lawsuit is stupid because 1) The lender decides and 2) Tax assessments mean dick
