Auburn, Florida, SC, Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, can’t stand Georgia just to name a few.

We all have our rivals but Georgia seems to be the most disliked.

So basically the original SEC East, (sans Vandy), plus add their long time rival Auburn.

Georgia is often disliked more for some of their incredibly drunk, obnoxious and barking fans than they are as a program themselves.

Wally Butts was an a-hole and sorta started things in terms of dislike for UGA but Vince Dooley was a class act and he overcame a lot of the old hard feelings.

Jim Donnan was really disliked by most, whereas Ray Goff ... people were indifferent to Ray. Most thought Mark Richt was a class act.

But the true dislike has always been more about the bad actors amongst the fanbase. They may not wanna admit that but it's true. It may have something to-do with the gaunlet that has to be walked to get to the stadium. 100s pf 1000s pf visiting fans have had to weather that walk over the decades and it has produced a lot of stories ... not suitable for women's or kids' ears.

That's true whether they'll admit it or not. I know Georgia fans who are ashamed of some of the things they've seen along that trail.
