Worth noting many years before Saban Alabama was an elite team. I’d bet on a regression with eventual resurgence within a decade. If they make a great hire, I could see them continuing to be in the hunt but just not as consistent as under Saban.

Unfortunately I can see a decade+ of coaching carousel with a few faux good teams sprinkled in. Kind of like what Florida has gone through post Urban
