They still had the top recruiting class this year. Coordinator changes have been the big issue. It’s hard to develop players when they have a new position coach every season.

Isn't that a good indicator that Nick Saban needs to find coaches to stay for 3 or so years to give the team time to gel? If he isn't able to get this solved soon, he should retire.
